Variable

• $1500-3000 / year

• No pricing change for number of admins, registrants or sessions created.

• Pricing is either $1,500 or $3,000 per year depending on how the app is branded - whether it's with Allcal branding or the organization. If you purchase the customizable option, the home screen icon will also be updated with client branding.

• Pricing would increase above $3,000 only if additional services are added such as an interactive kiosk.

• Monthly pricing is available.

Pros

• Attendee customizable schedules. Two options to view schedule - Event Agenda and Personalized Agenda.

• Registration can capture waiver

• Unlimited sessions, events and registrations included in all plans

• Notifications can be sent to both individuals and to groups

• Native app and responsive web application for viewing schedules

• Real time data available through a dashboard, raw data available in either a CSV or Excel file after the event.

Cons

• Does not allow for creating rules to prevent attendees from registering for multiple events at the same time

• Waitlist would be facilitated through the chat function. Capacities can be set however, if someone is interested in adding their name to the waitlist, they would submit their name in the chat feature and the admin could pick the first name on the feed when another attendee cancels. This may be cumbersome and require significant admin support.
