Pricing Model

Pros

  • Passive tracking, no need to ask guests to scan their wearables

  • 3 options for wearables: wristband, smart badge or wearable button.

  • Checks off numerous boxes for Unbridled: event programming assistance, reduces registration friction, provides event app, makes networking easy and smart, has capabilities for gamification, personalized content sharing/touchpoints, capture leads easily/increase understanding of booth and traffic data, provides access control and real-time data monitoring.

  • No need for RFID infrastructure.

  • Reduces friction around networking with easy exchange of information, contacts get displayed in the app and can be downloaded post event. Also, has a feature called Smart Match to help find the right people to connect with (see notes).

  • Visually engaging wearable technology with LEDs and Bluetooth that does not require a device to be paired with it

  • LED badge lighting technology for group recognition, passive access control and more

  • Gamification, leaderboard, attendance tracking, passive checkin/checkout, and networking features that allow for an immersive experience

  • Customizable interface with rich access control for administrators

Cons

  • Limited features if used in own app.

  • Klik is relatively new so they are still building out a lot of the functionality here. Some of the features still feel like a lite version.

  • No synchronization with Outlook calendar (data can be pushed, but not actively synchronized)

  • Non-native, web-based application with all-in-one details

  • Registration can work with cvent or etouches, but requires more work and is primarily locked in by their turnkey solution

  • Not designed to work with social media or a social wall (emphasizes value on the event experience rather than social media highlighting)

Other Notes

1

Given their relatively new startup position and need for API development work, though, we could potentially build a good partnership with them to help get the price down.
2

Leaderboard statistics available for gamification. Does Klik have a solution for displaying the leaderboard? Do they provide the equipment or would Unbridled be responsible for that?
3

Technology: event app, wearables (wristbands, badges, buttons).
