When importing Session data, you need to specify Track names and Session Type names for your program before they are available to be selected in the dropdown. To do this, select the Session Settings worksheet at the bottom of your excel file. List Track names and Session Type names under the respective column header. Now when filling out session data you should have a list under your dropdown to select Tracks and Types specific to your program.
